Jef van den Putte has been appointed as supervisor for Munument Woudestein on the EUR Campus. He takes over this position from his prodecessor Gerard Frishert and provides advice to the University on how to deal with the monumental value of the existing ensemble of buildings. dvdp has been working as an architect on the campus for some time. The award-winning University Library (UB) is one of the most appealing examples of working with these young monuments and inspires an approach in which user quality, suistainable restructuring and the protection of cultural values go smoothly together.
