On the edge of the Van Houten Industrial Park in Weesp, there is a place where a partnership of the developing parties VORM, Secufund/Rosewood and Porten Development has taken the initiative to develop an urban development plan with dvdp as the designing party as an elaboration of the Municipality of Weesp established Development Framework. The Industrial Park will have an integral residential and work character at this location and will form a significant addition to the housing stock close to the center of Weesp. dvdp drew up the Urban Development Plan and the Visual Quality Plan and, as an architect, is further developing one of the three building blocks.
